Mike Huska

Mike Huska has been an entrepreneur for nearly 30 years and has started multiple businesses in many different industries. Mike has successfully built several businesses from start-up to multi-million dollar companies, but has also had a few that were financial disasters. He doesn't hide these experiences and has learned more from the failures than all of the successes combined. This experience as an entrepreneur, the amazing highs as well as the difficult lows, has allowed Mike to help thousands of other investors and entrepreneurs by mentoring, coaching, and teaching them skills and strategies to help them build their own businesses and launch great new product ideas. Mike Huska co-founded the Daymond John Academy along with Daymond John, one of the "Sharks" from ABC's hit show Shark Tank. Since launching in 2013, he has helped thousands of entrepreneurs launch a product and/or scale their service-oriented business. He does this by helping entrepreneurs create an action and scalability plan, and helping them with things like raising capital, manufacturing and sourcing, marketing and branding, connecting them with resources, etc. In addition to business, Mike has a heavy background in all types of real estate investing, commercial and residential. When he got started in business as a teenager, he used real estate as the tool to raise capital to support and/or buy businesses. Mike bought 3 investment properties within 60 days of turning 18, all with no cash, using creative financing, and has been investing ever since. He feels very strong that entrepreneurs should include real estate at some point in their career, as a way to diversify and grow equity. Many entrepreneurs don't have the security of a traditional retirement plan such as a 401K, and real estate can provide that fairly quickly. Today, Mike continues to help entrepreneurs of all levels, whether they are in the start up stage or already making 7-figures, and he continues to look for great business opportunities and real estate deals.
